What this agreement covers

These terms apply to every order placed through this website. Placing an order means you accept them. If you are ordering for a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept them on its behalf.

What we sell

We arrange for written reviews, ratings, photographs or replies to be placed on a public profile that you identify to us. Each package on this site states how many items it includes, the price you will be charged, and the window across which delivery is spread.

We are an independent provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of Google, Trustpilot, Tripadvisor, Yelp, Capterra or any other platform named on this site. Those names are used to describe where a service is delivered and remain the property of their owners.

What you are responsible for

• Giving us a public profile link that you own or are authorised to act for.
• The accuracy of the briefing material you send us, including product names, service descriptions and anything the content must avoid.
• Making sure the service you have ordered is one you are willing to buy. Every service page on this site states what that service does not do.

What we will not do

• Write or place negative content about any business, at any price.
• Ask for your password, a verification code, or administrative access to your profile. Nobody acting for us will ever request these. If you receive such a request, it did not come from us.
• Accept an order we believe is too large or too fast for the profile it is aimed at. We may propose a smaller order instead, or decline and refund you.

Platform rules

Every review platform publishes guidelines, and placing content of this kind is against them. We do not represent otherwise anywhere on this site. What we control is the quality of the accounts used, the pacing of delivery and the content itself. What no provider can control is a platform's decision to remove content or to act against a profile. By ordering, you accept that this risk sits with you, and that our responsibility is limited to the replacement cover and the refund position described below.

Delivery

Delivery begins after we have checked the profile link and the brief. The window shown on each package is the period across which items are placed, deliberately spread rather than delivered at once. Windows are estimates and can be extended where the profile or the platform requires it, and we will tell you when that happens.

Replacement cover

If an item we delivered is removed within the cover period stated on your order, tell us and we will replace it at no cost. Cover applies to the items we delivered. It does not apply to content placed by anyone else, to a profile that is suspended or removed by the platform, or to changes you make yourself.

Payment

Prices are shown in the currency of the market you are buying in and are payable in full at checkout. Payment is handled by our payment processor. We do not receive or store your card details at any point.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost bookings or loss of ranking.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.
