Yelp
Yelp is the hardest platform in this market and we price it that way. Its recommendation software hides reviews it does not trust, silently, and a hidden review counts for nothing at all.
Why Yelp is different
On every other platform, a review that goes up is a review that counts. On Yelp it may be posted, visible to its author, and filed under the link at the bottom of the page that almost nobody clicks.
Yelp built its reputation on aggressive filtering and it is not going to stop. Reviews from accounts without history get moved to the not recommended section, where they do not affect the rating and are invisible to normal visitors.
There is no clever pacing that gets a fresh account past this. The only thing that works is an account that has been using Yelp for years, with reviews of other businesses, friends, photos and a history that predates your order by a long way.
Because it is hard, competitors have thin Yelp profiles too. A business that has actually accumulated recommended reviews is in a much less crowded fight than it is on Google.

The honest version
Some proportion of reviews on Yelp end up not recommended regardless of how good the account is. That is true of organic reviews from real customers as well, and any provider claiming otherwise has not spent much time on the platform.
What we do is use the best accounts available, deliver slowly, and cover anything that gets filtered inside the cover period. What we do not do is quote you a number we cannot stand behind, which is why these packs are small and expensive compared to everything else here.
The alternative
If you sell in a category where customers use Yelp heavily, this service is worth its price. If you are a business in a market where Yelp is a distant fourth behind Google, the same money buys several times the visible result on the map pack.

Yelp questions
Answers specific to this platform first, then the ones that apply to every order.
Because Yelp does not simply publish or remove a review. It sorts reviews into recommended and not recommended, and the not recommended ones are hidden behind a link at the bottom of the page where they count towards nothing. A review can be perfectly genuine and still end up there, which is a complaint Yelp receives from real customers constantly.
Some will and some will not, and that is true of organic reviews on Yelp as well. The filter weighs how established the reviewer is, how much they use the platform and how local they look. We use accounts that score well on all three, which is why this service costs what it does, but nobody can guarantee an individual review stays recommended.
Sometimes the answer is no, and you will be told so. If your customers are not on Yelp, and in most of the world outside the United States they are not, the same money spent on Google does more. Send the profile link before you order. If Yelp is not where your enquiries come from, that is what the reply will say.
A review that is removed outright is replaced. A review that is published but sorted into the not recommended section is also treated as a miss and replaced, because it is of no use to you sitting there. That second case is the one most providers quietly exclude, which is worth checking before you buy anywhere.
It depends on the platform and the size of the pack. Smaller orders usually start moving within a few days, larger orders are spread over several weeks on purpose. A profile that gains fifty reviews overnight looks exactly like what it is, so we pace delivery to match how a busy business actually accumulates feedback. The expected window is shown on every package before you buy, and the live progress is visible in your account.

If you sell several services and want the feedback weighted towards one of them, say so at checkout. Nothing else is required. We never ask for logins, and you should refuse any provider that does.
Yes. If a review does not settle within the cover period stated on your order, it is replaced at no cost. Platforms run their own filters and no honest provider can promise a hundred percent survival rate on every single entry, so the guarantee is written around replacement rather than around a number we cannot control.
Only if it is done carelessly. Volume that arrives too fast, wording that reads like a template, and accounts that have no history are the three things that get a profile flagged. All three are avoidable, and avoiding them is most of what you are paying for.
