Review Replies

Buy Google review replies so the profile reads as attended to

Written replies posted under the reviews you already have. This is the one service on the site that does not add a single review, and it is the one most profiles need first.

  • Every reply written against the review above it
  • Complaints answered properly, not deflected
  • Posted from your profile, with your approval

Why replies

An unanswered profile is read as an abandoned one

A visitor scrolling your reviews is doing two things at once. Reading the reviews, and working out whether anybody from the business is there.

  1. It changes what a complaint means

A one star review with no reply is the last word. The same review with a calm, specific answer under it becomes a business that had a problem and dealt with it, which is a much better thing to be than a business that has never had a problem.

  2. Google says it wants them

Responding to reviews is in Google's own published guidance for business profiles. It is one of the few things on this site that is not merely permitted but recommended, which is worth knowing.

  3. It adds words to your listing that you control

Reviews are written by other people. Replies are yours, they sit on the same page, and they are the only place on the profile where you can name a service in your own words as many times as it is honest to.

The trap

Forty replies that all say thank you for your feedback

This is the failure mode, and it is worse than leaving the reviews unanswered. A column of identical responses proves that nobody read anything, and it turns a profile that looked neglected into one that looks automated.

Every reply we write answers the review above it. If the review mentions the wait, the reply mentions the wait. If it names a member of staff, so does the reply. It is slower to write and it is the only version that is worth posting.

  • No two replies open the same way
  • Complaints get a real answer, including what changed
  • Length varies, because a two line review does not need a paragraph

The access question

Replies are the one thing we cannot post for you

A review is posted by a reviewer. A reply is posted by the business owner, from inside the profile, and there is no way around that. We do not ask for your password, so we write the replies and send them to you in order, matched to each review, ready to paste.

On larger orders we will map them to the review URLs so it is a mechanical job rather than a matching exercise. If you would rather add us as a manager on the profile through Google's own permissions, that works too, and it is a permission you can revoke without changing a password.

How an order runs

What happens after you order Google Review Replies

Four steps, and none of them involves handing over a password. If any provider asks you for one, that is the moment to stop.

  1. Send the profile link

We read every review that has no reply under it, including the ones you would rather forget. The complaints are the reason this service is worth buying.

  2. Tell us what you can say

What actually happened with the difficult ones, what changed since, and anything you are not able to discuss in public. A reply that contradicts the facts is worse than none.

  3. You get the replies in order

Matched to each review, in the order they appear on the profile, so posting them is a straight run down the page. Edit any of them before you post. They are written to be yours.

  4. Post them across a few days

Thirty replies appearing in one sitting is visibly a batch. Spread over a week they read as somebody keeping up with the profile, which is the impression the whole service is for.

Who this is for

Almost always a business that was too busy, and occasionally one that had a bad month and stopped looking at the profile.

  • Profiles with reviews and no replies

The most common case. Years of accumulated reviews, nothing underneath any of them, and no realistic prospect of catching up by hand.

  • Businesses with a cluster of complaints

Where the fix is not more reviews but a visible, non defensive answer under the ones that are already there.

  • Anyone about to buy reviews

Replies first, then volume. New reviews arriving on an unanswered profile look like a campaign. Arriving on an attended one they look like customers.

  • Multi location operators

Where head office owns the profiles and nobody at branch level has ever been asked to answer a review.

Read this part

What this does not do

The boundaries of a service that is genuinely useful and often oversold.

  • It does not raise your rating. Not by a tenth of a point. Replies are not scored.
  • It cannot remove a bad review. Nothing can, short of the review breaking Google's own rules and being reported for it.
  • We cannot post them without profile access, and we will not ask for your password to get it.
  • It does not fix the problem the complaints are about. If four people mention the same thing, the reply is not the work.
  • It is not a one off. A profile answered up to today and abandoned again reads as a campaign that ended.

Our star rating finally reflects the service we give every day. It was the gap between the two that was costing us, not the service itself.

We were the fourth pin and nobody scrolls to the fourth pin. Two months on we are in the group of three that people actually see.

Simple, quick, and nobody asked me for a password at any point. That was the part I had been worried about.

The count went up week by week instead of all at once, which is exactly what I asked for. Nothing about it looked sudden.

Review Replies questions

The questions people ask about this one

Answers specific to this platform first, then the ones that apply to every order.

Read every question
Why would I pay somebody to write replies?

Because the replies are only worth having if they are consistent, and consistency is what busy owners run out of first. A profile with thoughtful replies on the first ten reviews and silence on the last forty reads worse than one with no replies at all, because it shows the point where you stopped caring. This service exists to close that gap and keep it closed.

Do you reply to the negative ones as well?

Yes, and those are the replies that actually matter. A calm, specific, non defensive reply under a one star review is read by every future customer who reaches that part of the profile, and it does more for you than the review does against you. Every negative reply is sent to you for approval before it is posted, without exception.

Will they sound like a template?

They are written per review, against what that reviewer actually said, and in a register you set at the start. That said, a business with three hundred reviews will have replies that share a shape, because so does every real business that answers its reviews. The aim is that they read as one person writing quickly, which is the truth of it.

Will replies improve my rating?

No. A reply does not change a star, and nothing here will tell you otherwise. What it changes is what a reader concludes from the same rating, and whether a reviewer with a fixable complaint edits their review afterwards, which does happen. If your rating is the problem, this is the wrong service and review volume is the right one.

How long does delivery take?

It depends on the platform and the size of the pack. Smaller orders usually start moving within a few days, larger orders are spread over several weeks on purpose. A profile that gains fifty reviews overnight looks exactly like what it is, so we pace delivery to match how a busy business actually accumulates feedback. The expected window is shown on every package before you buy, and the live progress is visible in your account.

What do you need from me to start?

The public link to the profile you want to build, the trading name exactly as it appears there, and anything you want mentioned or avoided. If you sell several services and want the feedback weighted towards one of them, say so at checkout. Nothing else is required. We never ask for logins, and you should refuse any provider that does.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes. If a review does not settle within the cover period stated on your order, it is replaced at no cost. Platforms run their own filters and no honest provider can promise a hundred percent survival rate on every single entry, so the guarantee is written around replacement rather than around a number we cannot control.

Will this hurt my existing rating?

Only if it is done carelessly. Volume that arrives too fast, wording that reads like a template, and accounts that have no history are the three things that get a profile flagged. All three are avoidable, and avoiding them is most of what you are paying for.

Everything else

The other 8 services

Most orders cover more than one platform, because most businesses are being judged on more than one. Each of these is priced and paced on its own terms.
