Before you write
Three things that get you a useful answer
A message with these in it gets a specific reply. A message asking how much it costs gets a link to the pricing page, which you have already seen.
The public link
Your Google Business Profile, Trustpilot page, Tripadvisor listing or whichever profile this is about. The address anybody can open. That one link answers most of what we would otherwise have to ask.
What you are trying to fix
A thin profile, a run of bad reviews, a ranking that has slipped, or simply not knowing where to start. The problem shapes the answer far more than the budget does.
Any deadline
If something has to be in place by a particular point, say so at the start. Delivery is paced on purpose and a short deadline sometimes changes the recommendation completely.
Who answers
