What clients say once the order has finished

Every quote we have permission to publish, 10 of them, averaging 5 out of 5. Not the best six, and not rewritten.

  • Published with permission
  • Shown in full, not curated
  • The service each client bought

What these are, and what they are not

A page of glowing quotes on a website that sells reviews deserves scepticism, so here is the whole picture before you read any of them.

  • These are clients of ours, writing about buying review packages from us. They are not reviews left on a platform, and they carry none of a platform's verification.
  • Names are shortened at the client's request. Almost nobody wants their full company name attached to having bought reviews, which is the whole reason this industry has so few named references.
  • Nothing is rewritten. Typing errors are fixed and nothing else.
  • A picture appears only where the client supplied one. Everyone else gets their initials, exactly as Google shows a reviewer who has not set a photo. No stock headshots are used anywhere on this site.
  • The average is the plain mean of all 10 ratings on this page, not a weighted or filtered figure.

Our star rating finally reflects the service we give every day. It was the gap between the two that was costing us, not the service itself.

We were the fourth pin and nobody scrolls to the fourth pin. Two months on we are in the group of three that people actually see.

Simple, quick, and nobody asked me for a password at any point. That was the part I had been worried about.

The profile reads as looked after now. Same reviews as before, but somebody is clearly answering them.

Our second location started showing up in local search almost immediately. The first one took us a year to get there on our own.

The count went up week by week instead of all at once, which is exactly what I asked for. Nothing about it looked sudden.

Our score had been sitting under four for two years because only the angry ones ever bothered to write. It reads like the business now.

Bookings from the listing roughly doubled over the season. I cannot prove the two are connected, but nothing else changed.

I had been told Yelp was not worth trying. Slower than the others, and they said so upfront, but the ones that stuck have stayed put.

Buyers shortlist us from Capterra before they ever reach a sales call, so the page that does that work needed to look busier than it did.

What a rating is

A score is a summary, and a summary hides the interesting part

A profile sitting at 4.6 tells a reader almost nothing on its own. Whether that number came from four hundred reviews or from nine, whether the recent ones are better or worse than the old ones, and whether anybody has written anything at all this quarter are the parts that actually change a decision.

Which is why the quotes above are printed in full rather than averaged into a badge, and why every service page on this site carries a section listing what that service cannot do.

  • Every published quote, not a selected six
  • Ratings shown as the client left them
  • The service each client bought, named

What a page like this cannot tell you

Every provider in this market has a page of quotes. The useful question is what they are all leaving out.

  • No case study here shows a ranking position before and after, because a ranking depends on competitors doing nothing, and they do not.
  • There is no completion rate, no retention percentage and no number of orders. Any figure we published would be unauditable, and an unauditable number is a decoration.
  • Clients who were unhappy do not appear here, for the same reason they do not appear on anybody's site. Read this page as what our happiest customers think, because that is what it is.
  • The stronger test is the 9 service pages, each of which prints what that service does not do. Judge us on those.

The quickest way to judge us is to ask something hard

Send the public link to your profile and a question you think we will dodge. The answer comes back from a person, and it is often that you should buy less than you were planning to.
