What this covers

How we handle information you give us when you use this website, send an enquiry, or place an order.

What we collect

• Your name and email address, so we can reply to you and send order updates.
• The public profile link and the briefing notes you send us, which is the material the work is produced from.
• Order and payment records, which we are required to keep.
• Basic technical information your browser sends with every request, such as the pages you viewed.

We do not collect your passwords, because we never ask for them. If you send us one anyway, we will delete it and ask you to change it.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information to anyone.
• We do not add you to a marketing list because you sent an enquiry. If you want to hear from us, you have to ask.
• We do not publish your name, your company or your profile link anywhere. A quote appears on the results page only where a client has given permission, and names there are shortened at the client's request.

Payment information

Card details are entered on our payment processor's own systems and never reach this website or our database. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, and a reference. We do not receive your card number.

Who else sees your information

• Our payment processor, to take payment.
• Our hosting and database providers, which store the site and the order records.
• Our email provider, to deliver order updates and replies.

Each of these processes information on our instructions, only for the purpose of running this service.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become orders are kept while they are still useful to answer and then deleted. Order records are kept as long as we are required to keep them for accounting and tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Where deletion would conflict with a record we are required to keep, we will tell you which record and why. Requests go to the address on the contact page.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third party trackers. Your cart and your signed in session are stored in your own browser so the site can remember them between pages. Clearing your browser storage removes them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page.
