The moderation
Reviews are checked against a professional identity, usually a LinkedIn profile or a work email, and the form asks structured questions rather than for free text. A submission that reads like marketing copy is rejected at moderation and never appears.
That verification step is why this service costs what it does and why the packs are counted in ones and fives. It also means the reviews that do land are worth considerably more than the same number anywhere else on this site.
The content
This is the part every other provider gets wrong. Capterra asks for pros and cons separately, and a cons field containing nothing at all or the phrase no complaints so far is the clearest possible signal that the review is not real.

Far fewer than people assume. In most B2B categories ten well written reviews put you comfortably on the first screen, and fifty would look absurd next to competitors who have twelve.
