About every order

What Is RatingBoostly?

RatingBoostly is a review and reputation platform built for European businesses, agencies, and brands with multiple locations. We help you get more reviews on the platforms your customers check most, including Google, Trustpilot, Tripadvisor, and Capterra. Standard Google review packages start at just €17, so you can start small and scale as you grow.

Is this safe for my Google Business Profile?

Yes. We never ask for your Google login, and every order is tracked through a clear dashboard. Combine our service with genuine good work and your growth will hold up over time.

Do you need my Google password?

No. We only need your public business name or Google Maps link to send your reviews to the right place. Your account credentials stay completely private.

How quickly does my order start?

Most orders begin within a few hours of payment. Timing can vary based on your package size and profile status, but you will always be able to track progress live.

How does delivery work?

We use structured delivery workflows for reviews, photo reviews, Local Guide reviews, and replies. Checkout is encrypted, and your Google password is never part of the process.

Will more reviews help me appear higher in local search?

A stronger rating and more reviews can help your business look more established to local searchers. That said, Google's algorithm depends on many factors, so use this as one part of a broader approach.

Are photo reviews worth it?

Yes. Photos give customers a better sense of what to expect before they visit. They work especially well when launching a new location, updating a menu, or competing in a crowded market.

Can agencies order on behalf of clients?

Absolutely. Agencies, freelancers, and multi-location brands all use RatingBoostly. Manage everything from one central dashboard and pay securely in euros.

Do you need my Google password?

No, and no reputable provider ever will. All that is needed is the public business name or the Google Maps link, which is the same information any customer can see. Your login stays yours. If a provider asks for account access, that on its own is a reason to walk away.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. We use encrypted, industry-standard payment gateways. You will never be asked for card details over chat or email, and a receipt is sent with every order.

How fast does delivery start?

Most orders begin within a few hours of the payment clearing. The exact timing depends on the size of the pack, the queue ahead of you, and the state of the profile itself. Progress appears in your dashboard as it happens, so there is nothing to chase and nobody to email for a status update.

Why do reviews matter for trust?

People form a first impression based on your star rating before they read a single review. A strong score puts you ahead of nearby competitors before anyone clicks through.

Should I respond to reviews?

Yes. Thoughtful replies show customers you care. Pair them with a growing review count and photo reviews to keep your profile active and convincing.

Is this easy for first-time buyers?

Very. The ordering process is designed to be clear at every step. Prices are in euros, fields are simple to fill in, and our support team is available if you get stuck.

How long does delivery take?

It depends on the platform and the size of the pack. Smaller orders usually start moving within a few days, larger orders are spread over several weeks on purpose. A profile that gains fifty reviews overnight looks exactly like what it is, so we pace delivery to match how a busy business actually accumulates feedback. The expected window is shown on every package before you buy, and the live progress is visible in your account.

What do you need from me to start?

The public link to the profile you want to build, the trading name exactly as it appears there, and anything you want mentioned or avoided. If you sell several services and want the feedback weighted towards one of them, say so at checkout. Nothing else is required. We never ask for logins, and you should refuse any provider that does.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes. If a review does not settle within the cover period stated on your order, it is replaced at no cost. Platforms run their own filters and no honest provider can promise a hundred percent survival rate on every single entry, so the guarantee is written around replacement rather than around a number we cannot control.

Will this hurt my existing rating?

Only if it is done carelessly. Volume that arrives too fast, wording that reads like a template, and accounts that have no history are the three things that get a profile flagged. All three are avoidable, and avoiding them is most of what you are paying for.

Do you work with businesses outside the countries listed?

Yes. There are six country sites because those are the markets where pricing, currency and consumer law are set up properly, and an international site for everywhere else, priced in US dollars. Wherever you are, the work is the same. If your market needs something the international site does not cover, send a message with the profile link and you will get a straight answer.

How do I pay?

Card through Square, or cryptocurrency through Cryptomus. Both take you to the provider's own secure checkout, so card details never touch this site. A receipt arrives by email as soon as payment clears, and the order status updates on its own.

Can I order without creating an account?

Yes. Guest checkout only asks for an email address and a phone number, and the order can be tracked from the link in your confirmation email. Creating an account is worth it if you plan to order more than once, because it keeps every order, receipt and progress report in one place.

Can reviews help a brand new business?

They help it look established, which is usually the real problem a new listing has. Visibility still depends on Google's local algorithm and on the experience customers actually get, so treat this as one part of a plan rather than the whole of it. A strong profile attached to poor service corrects itself quickly, and not in your favour.

Do photo reviews make a difference?

They do, and out of proportion to their number. A photograph is read before a single word of the review is, which makes it the fastest trust signal on a listing. They matter most when someone is deciding between two places they have never visited, so they pay for themselves around a new opening, a refit or a menu change.

Can agencies and multi location brands use this?

Yes, and a good share of the work is exactly that. Franchise groups and agencies order the same packages, usually across several locations at once, and manage the lot from one dashboard. If you are running more than about ten profiles, send a message before you order and the packages can be arranged to match how you actually bill your own clients.

Are the payments secure?

Card details never touch this site. Square and Cryptomus each host their own checkout, which is where the payment actually happens, and you come back here with a receipt. Nobody from this business will ever ask you to send card numbers over WhatsApp, email or chat. If that request arrives, it did not come from us.

Do review replies actually matter?

A profile with replies under its reviews reads as a business someone is paying attention to, and that is worth more than the wording of any individual reply. They work best alongside genuine review volume rather than instead of it. On their own, replies to a thin profile draw attention to how thin it is.

Is this suitable if I have never bought reputation work before?

It is built for that case. Prices are on the page rather than behind a quote, the fields at checkout tell you what they want, and this page answers most of what comes up before it comes up. If a package still looks like the wrong fit, send a message and you will get a straight answer, including when the answer is that you do not need it yet.

Which language should the reviews be written in?

Whichever your customers use. A listing in Lisbon read in Portuguese, one in Milan in Italian, one in Brussels often in two. Tell us where the business actually trades and the content is written to match. A review in the wrong language for the city it claims to come from is the most visible error it is possible to make on a profile.

Are prices in euros, and is VAT included?

Yes. Prices are shown and charged in euros with tax included, so the price on the package is the price you pay. An invoice is issued with every order.

My country does not use the euro. Can I still order?

Yes. Prices are charged in euros and your bank converts at its own rate, which is the same arrangement as any other cross border purchase. Nothing about the service changes: tell us the country and the city a listing serves and the reviewers are matched to it.

Does the GDPR change anything about how you handle my details?

It sets the standard we work to in every market, here and elsewhere. We collect a name, an email address, the public link to your profile and your briefing notes, and nothing else. Nothing is sold, nothing is used for marketing you did not ask for, and you can ask us to delete what we hold at any point.

Google Maps Reviews

What is the difference between this and Google Reviews?

Underneath, nothing: Maps and Search read the same reviews on the same profile. The difference is what the order is shaped around. This service is built for the map pin specifically, which means location wording, the categories you want to appear in, and reviewers whose profiles make sense near you. If you are equally interested in both surfaces, the standard Google package is the better buy.

Will this put me in the local three pack?

No provider can promise that, and one that does is describing a result they do not control. The pack is decided by proximity, relevance and prominence, and reviews only touch the last of those. What reviews can do is stop you being ruled out on prominence while your competitors are not. Whether that is enough depends on how far away you are and how crowded the category is.

Does my listing need to be verified first?

Yes. The profile has to be claimed, verified and publicly live before anything can be posted to it, and an unverified or suspended listing is the most common reason an order gets stopped at the check. Send the public link before you order and it takes about a minute to tell you which state yours is in.

I have several locations. Can they be done together?

Yes, and they should be staggered rather than run at once. Five branches of the same brand all gaining reviews in the same week is a pattern, and it is a pattern that is easy to spot from the outside. Tell us it is a group at checkout and the deliveries are spread so the locations do not move in step.

Google Local Guide Reviews

What Is a Google Local Guide, and Why Does Their Word Carry Weight?

Google Local Guides are active, verified contributors within the Google Maps community. A review from an everyday user counts. A review from a certified Local Guide tends to count for considerably more.

What Is a Google Local Guide, and Why Do Their Reviews Matter?

Google Local Guides are active, verified members of the Google Maps community. When an ordinary user leaves a review, it counts. When a certified Local Guide leaves one, it counts for much more.

Is it safe to buy Local Guide reviews in Europe for my business?

Yes, when done properly. Safety relies entirely on account authority and posting velocity. We use aged, verified Local Guide profiles on local European residential networks with natural drip-feed delivery, ensuring complete platform safety.

Do I need to share my Google login details?

Never. We only need your public Google Business Profile URL or Google Maps link. We will never ask for administrative passwords or access.

Can I supply my own text, native languages, or keywords?

Yes. You can supply your own copy in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, or English, or simply provide keywords for us to build authentic, industry-specific reviews around.

What happens if a review drops off?

Drop-offs are rare when using high-authority Local Guides, but every order includes our 30-day non-drop refill guarantee. If a review is removed, we replace it completely free of charge.

How soon will I see results in local rankings?

Google processes new review signals within 7 to 14 days of posting. Most European businesses notice increased calls, web traffic, and higher Map Pack positions within the first month of a consistent campaign.

What level of Local Guide will my reviews come from?

Level four and above, because that is where the badge and the contribution count actually appear next to the name. Below level four a Local Guide is indistinguishable from any other account to somebody reading the profile, so you would be paying for something nobody can see. If a provider is cheaper than this, that is usually the corner being cut.

Is a Local Guide review worth more than an ordinary one?

To a reader, clearly yes. A badge and a few hundred contributions answer the question everyone silently asks, which is whether this person reviews anything else. Whether Google itself weights them more heavily in ranking is not something Google has confirmed, so we do not claim it. The reader effect is real and provable; the ranking effect is not, and pages that promise it are guessing.

Why is this the slowest service you sell?

Because the supply is genuinely limited. An aged account with years of real contributions cannot be manufactured on demand, and the ones worth using are already busy. Rushing this service means dropping the account standard, which defeats the point of buying it. If you need volume quickly, standard Google reviews are the right product and this one is not.

Should I mix these with standard Google reviews?

Almost always, and most orders that work are a mix. A profile made up entirely of high level Local Guides is its own kind of odd, because real businesses do not attract only badge holders. A sensible shape is a base of ordinary reviews with Local Guides among them, which is what an established listing actually looks like.

Trustpilot Reviews

Why Partner with RatingBoostly?

We take pride in giving business owners a reliable way to scale their local authority. When you choose us, you get:

Will these appear as verified or as organic reviews?

Organic. Trustpilot separates reviews left by invitation from reviews left unprompted, and shows the split on your profile. Everything delivered here lands on the organic side. If you also run invitation campaigns through Trustpilot, say so, because the ratio between the two is visible and worth keeping sensible.

How quickly will my TrustScore move?

That is arithmetic you can do before you order. On a profile with twelve reviews, ten new five star reviews move the score a long way. On a profile with four hundred, they move it barely at all. Trustpilot also weights recent reviews more heavily, which works in your favour, but a large existing profile is slow to shift and that is worth knowing before you pay.

Can Trustpilot tell?

Trustpilot runs one of the more serious fraud operations in this market, and it does remove reviews. What it looks for is well known: new accounts, bursts of volume, wording that repeats across businesses, and traffic patterns that do not match the claimed customer. Avoiding those is the entire craft of this service, and no honest provider will tell you the risk is zero.

Do I need a paid Trustpilot plan?

No. Everything here works against a free public profile, and nothing about the service requires you to be a paying Trustpilot customer or to give anybody access to a business account. If you do have a paid plan the reviews behave the same way, they just sit alongside features you are already paying for.

Tripadvisor Reviews

Is it safe to buy TripAdvisor reviews in Europe?

Yes, when it is handled properly. We use aged, active traveller accounts with real contribution histories, paired with residential routing and gradual drip-feed scheduling. Together, those safeguards help protect your listing from flags and penalties.

Do I ever need to share my TripAdvisor login?

Never. We only need your public TripAdvisor listing link. We will not ask for your password or admin access at any point.

Can I supply my own review copy or key points?

Absolutely. Send pre-written text, list the features you want highlighted, such as renovated rooms, a new menu, or a standout staff member, or let our travel writers handle the copy for you.

How does more review volume affect my bookings?

Studies consistently show that over 80% of travellers read reviews before booking. A stronger bubble rating and a fuller review count reduce hesitation, which helps you hold premium rates while keeping volume steady.

What does the refill warranty cover?

Every TripAdvisor package includes a 30-day non-drop refill warranty. If a review drops during or after delivery, our system replaces it free of charge to keep your numbers where you want them.

How long before my ranking actually moves?

Weeks rather than days, and that is a property of the ranking rather than of the delivery. Tripadvisor scores quality, quantity and recency together and recalculates slowly, so a burst of reviews produces a slow climb rather than a jump. Anybody promising a position by a given date is describing something they cannot control.

Can you target a particular city guide?

Reviews are written from travellers whose profiles make sense for the trip they are describing, which is what keeps a listing in a small coastal town from filling up with reviewers who have never left a capital city. You choose the regions your guests actually come from, including international ones, and the accounts are matched to that rather than to wherever is cheapest.

Will the reviews mention specific rooms or dishes?

Yes, and you approve them before anything is posted. That approval step is standard on this service rather than optional, because a factual error in a travel review is visible to every regular you have. Send the details worth naming, whether that is a refurbished floor, a signature plate or a guide people ask for, and they get used.

Does the time of year matter?

More than on any other platform we sell. A review describing a beach afternoon that lands in the middle of winter is the easiest kind to spot and to report, and it takes the rest of the order down with it. Orders here are shaped around your season, which sometimes means the honest advice is to wait a few weeks.

Yelp Reviews

Why is Yelp harder than the other platforms?

Because Yelp does not simply publish or remove a review. It sorts reviews into recommended and not recommended, and the not recommended ones are hidden behind a link at the bottom of the page where they count towards nothing. A review can be perfectly genuine and still end up there, which is a complaint Yelp receives from real customers constantly.

Will my reviews stay in the recommended section?

Some will and some will not, and that is true of organic reviews on Yelp as well. The filter weighs how established the reviewer is, how much they use the platform and how local they look. We use accounts that score well on all three, which is why this service costs what it does, but nobody can guarantee an individual review stays recommended.

Should I be buying Yelp reviews at all?

Sometimes the answer is no, and you will be told so. If your customers are not on Yelp, and in most of the world outside the United States they are not, the same money spent on Google does more. Send the profile link before you order. If Yelp is not where your enquiries come from, that is what the reply will say.

What does the cover period cover here?

A review that is removed outright is replaced. A review that is published but sorted into the not recommended section is also treated as a miss and replaced, because it is of no use to you sitting there. That second case is the one most providers quietly exclude, which is worth checking before you buy anywhere.

Capterra Reviews

Do I need to share admin access to my Capterra Vendor Portal?

Never. We only require your public Capterra product URL. At no stage will we ask for internal dashboard access or sensitive credentials.

How long does it take for reviews to appear on my listing?

Capterra reviews pass through manual moderation, so it typically takes 3 to 7 business days for them to clear verification and appear on your public page.

Can I specify competitor migration details?

Certainly. Simply share the pain points users encountered with legacy competitors, and we'll position your software as the more sensible alternative.

How long does Capterra moderation take?

Three to seven working days for most reviews, and that is Capterra reading each one rather than a queue on our side. It makes this the slowest service we sell and there is no version of it that is fast. If you need a listing populated before a specific launch, start several weeks earlier than feels necessary.

What happens if a review is rejected?

It is rewritten and resubmitted at no extra charge, and rejections do happen. Capterra checks that the reviewer looks like a real practitioner in the category, which means the persona, the job title and the detail all have to hold up. That is also why the brief takes a few minutes rather than one line.

Do you need access to my vendor portal?

No. The public product URL is the only thing required, and there is no point in the process where a login helps. Any provider asking for vendor portal access is asking for the ability to change your listing, which is a much larger permission than the job needs.

How many Capterra reviews is a strong profile?

Far fewer than people assume. In most B2B categories ten well written reviews put you comfortably on the first screen, and fifty would look absurd next to competitors who have twelve. This is the one service on the site where the right order is usually the smallest one, and the packs are priced per review for that reason.

Ask the one that is not on this page

A person reads every message and answers it in the same register as these. If the honest answer is that you should not buy anything yet, that is what you will get.
