Where to start
Most people arrive knowing they have a review problem and not which platform it is on. These are the four situations we are asked about most, and what we would suggest for each.
If this is you
A trade, a clinic, a takeaway, anything where the search has a place attached and the map pack shows three results. This is where most local businesses should spend first, and it is why it is the service the site leads with.
Google Maps ReviewsIf this is you
Ecommerce, subscriptions, financial services, agencies. The buyer has never met you, they search your brand name followed by the word reviews, and whatever they find there decides it.
Trustpilot ReviewsIf this is you
A review that is fake, defamatory, or from somebody who was never a customer. Send us the link and we assess it against the platform's own policies before quoting anything. Sometimes the answer is that there is no case, and we would rather say so.
Negative Review RemovalIf this is you
Hotels, restaurants, clinics, anywhere the decision is expensive or personal. A Local Guide badge is earned over years, so it carries weight an anonymous five star does not. Smaller packs, slower, and priced accordingly.
Google Local Guide ReviewsIf none of those describes you, send the public link to your profile and ask. The answer is sometimes that nothing here is worth buying yet, and we would rather say so than take the order.
Starting price, how many pack sizes there are, and the delivery window on the smallest one. Prices are in the currency you will be charged in.
How an order runs
The platforms differ. The process does not, and at no point in it does anyone ask you for a password.
If you are not sure, send us the public link to your profile first. We will tell you what we would buy in your position, including the times the answer is a smaller pack than the one you were looking at.
The address anybody could open, plus anything the reviews should mention or avoid. No login, no account access, no password. A provider that asks for one is asking for the keys to a profile they do not need.
Whether the order size fits the profile, whether the listing is live, and whether the brief is enough to write from. Orders that would have failed mostly get stopped here.
Reviews arrive across the window shown on the pack rather than all at once. Anything removed inside the cover period is replaced without another payment.
